A quiet location 3km off the Pacific Highway, between Port Macquarie and Kempsey, there are two blocks of land each being 40 hectares (or 100 acres) in size.
The eastern block features creek frontage plus a large dam, excellent open grazing pastures with shelter along the creek. There is a shed suitable for storage, and a choice of home sites with lovely views.
The western block is slightly more elevated giving great views, and has more sheltered areas of trees with some grazing area.
Kempsey Shire Council is currently undergoing planning of a new LEP. As the adjoining land is zoned and developed as small rural acreages, it is envisaged that this 200 acres will be zoned for smaller acreage within this new release. (10 to 20 acre blocks have been selling for up to and in excess of $300,000 in this area).
